No. Crews use the field app in their phone's web browser and can add it to the home screen. There's nothing to buy or download from an app store.
Yes, any time from Settings → Subscription. Plans are monthly. If you cancel, your data stays and comes back as soon as you choose a plan again.
Anyone you invite into the company: owners, office staff and crews. People you suspend don't count.
Yes. Billing exports are PDFs you keep, entries download as a spreadsheet (CSV), and photos download one by one or as a ZIP.
